Researcher and Writer
Rinjani Soengkoeng is a Psychology graduate who is passionate about writing, research and mental health. She joined the Quirky Kid team in September 2021 and helps with the development of web resources for parents and teachers. Her experiences as a tutor and psychology student have given her a unique understanding of children’s issues.
Rinjani is hoping to become a Clinical Psychologist with a focus on developmental psychology. While she enjoys academic and professional writing, she has also been a creative storyteller since childhood. Her short fiction works placed Runner-Up in the Inner West Council’s 2020 and 2021 Young Creative Awards. She also enjoys reading genre fiction, practising taekwondo and learning new recipes.
Rinjani graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Psychology, majoring in Molecular Biology and Genetics.
