We’re continuously developing and evolving as we help a growing number of families around the globe. As a result, we’re seeking a new Customer Support Superhero who shares Quirky Kid’s passion and longs to be involved in something special.

This position is based in Woollahra at our Sydney Clinic (Part-Time), or if you can work from Wollongong (3-days)and Sydney (2-days).

What’s the job?

There’s never a dull moment in the office where you’ll have the chance to impress our customers with your modern and responsive customer service. You'll also be able to show your creativity and research skills by participating in communication strategies that range from content writing to scheduling social media communication.

We’re looking for someone dynamic who has excellent organisational skills, unparalleled written and verbal communication skills and a keen interest in technology. We also need someone to help control our client flow, manage our busy schedules with precision, complete administration tasks with accuracy, provide caring intake to new clients, coordinate events and manage program sales. You’ll need to love speaking with people, have a lot of empathy and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Must-Have Attributes

  • Experience in project management or as a personal assistant
  • Confidence with sales
  • Multitasking genius with a strong interest in IT
  • A warm and relaxed nature
  • Experience using web-based customer service software, such as HelpScout and Xero, or the ability to learn independently
  • Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative environment and understanding the needs of a medium-sized business
  • Independent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent at receiving and providing feedback
  • Available 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday ) in Sydney (Woollahra)

  • Mac user
  • Experience working with schools or within the school system
  • Experience with event management
  • Program sales experience
  • Knowledge of psychological services

Job Description

As a Customer Support Superhero, you will take front stage in providing information, support and general administration assistance to Quirky Kid’s external and internal customers. You will promote the benefits of our services by providing clear initial and follow-up information.

You will be expected to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction (90%) by understanding our clients’ needs and providing adequate solutions.

Your tasks will include:

  • Answering calls from clients and assisting with making new appointments or rescheduling existing ones
  • Completing the intake process with new clients and providing prospective clients with accurate information about our services
  • Completing a range of administration tasks
  • Meeting and greeting clients and managing office operations
  • Coordinating events
  • Managing program sales for schools and clinics
  • Be available three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.

  1. Remuneration package of of 48k to 55k
