Dr Kimberley O'Brien is one of Australia’s most trusted and recognised child psychologists with a knack for solving issues from the child’s perspective. In 2016, Dr Kimberley completed a PhD on “Belonging and socioemotional wellbeing among students in the transition from primary to secondary school”. With 20 years of experience working locally and internationally, she is the co-founder of the Quirky Kid Clinic and an expert in child development and mental health.

Grace Wilcock is a compassionate Registered Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Her warm, strengths-based approach uses evidence-based therapies to help young people build resilience and create positive, lasting change in a safe environment.

Bridget Tegg is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over six years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She offers evidence-based therapy, diagnostic assessments, and supervision of clinicians. As Clinical Lead at our Woollahra Clinic, Bridget combines her clinical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality care and guide the Quirky Kid psychology team.

Baylie Canavan is a Provisional Psychologist with over eight years’ experience supporting children, young people, and families. She is passionate about promoting emotional well-being and resilience through evidence-based, creative, and person-centred approaches. At Quirky Kid, Baylie provides therapeutic support and assessments to help children and families understand, connect, and thrive.

Sarah Gibson is a registered psychologist in Woollahra who works with adults and couples. With over twenty years of experience, she provides evidence-based psychological support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Sarah offers a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, drawing on CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy frameworks. Medicare rebates are available.

Suzan is a warm and dedicated Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents to thrive. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University and has developed her clinical skills across a range of settings, including schools and NDIS-funded environments.

Virginia Galindo is a Provisional Psychologist with over four years of experience supporting children and adolescents. She is passionate about trauma-informed, developmentally attuned, and creative approaches to therapy, helping young people build emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. At Quirky Kid, Virginia provides child-centred therapeutic support to help children and families understand, connect, and thrive.

Leonardo Rocker co-founded the Quirky Kid Clinic and publishing house in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) and a Master of International Social Development from the University of New South Wales. Leonardo has extensive international experience in the corporate sector and he's an award-winning publisher.

Lia Acierto provides dedicated client services and administrative support at Quirky Kid Clinic, managing bookings, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinicians to ensure smooth operations. She brings extensive experience in operations, human resources, and client communication, delivering efficient, organised, and client-focused support.

Olivia Rocker provides comprehensive administrative support at Quirky Kid Clinic, managing bookings, client communications, and assisting clinicians with reports and resources. She is proactive, efficient, and client-focused, ensuring smooth and effective clinic operations.

Zoe Barnes has been a professional content writer for two decades with experience helping numerous companies with their content needs. As a content writer for Quirky Kid, Zoe brings her passion for writing to create evidence-based content that assists children and families overcome difficulties and thrive.
