


Adult & Couples Psychologist
Sarah is a registered psychologist who provides evidence-based strategies to support adults and couples facing a wide range of life challenges. With over twenty years of experience, she works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, relational trauma, and recovery from abuse.
Sarah helps individuals break free from self-defeating patterns such as perfectionism and self-sacrifice. She offers experienced guidance through significant life transitions, including perinatal and perimenopausal stages, career changes, and later-life ADHD diagnosis. Sarah also has extensive experience supporting clients navigating complex relationship issues, separation, and divorce.
Her approach is compassionate, depathologising, and grounded in trauma- and neurodiversity-informed practice. Sarah works collaboratively with each client to address immediate challenges while uncovering the underlying patterns that drive distress, fostering lasting positive change. Her therapeutic work integrates evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Gottman methods for relationship concerns. Sarah brings warmth, authenticity, and thoughtful humour to her practice, creating a safe and empowering space for growth.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours from the University of Sydney. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
