With a strong background in customer support, Olivia is one of the first points of contact for clients, managing bookings, phone and email inquiries, calendar coordination, and day-to-day clinic operations. She also supports clinicians with report handling, packing and posting clinic resources, and general office tasks, ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly and that clients receive timely and attentive care.
Olivia is known for her proactive, energetic, and client-focused approach. She thrives in fast-paced environments, approaching each task with efficiency, empathy, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Her ability to combine organisation with a personable touch ensures that every client interaction is positive and professional.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys surfing, cooking, exploring with her one-year-old Kelpie, singing, and going on 4WD adventures. These interests reflect her love for new experiences, connection with nature, and a dynamic, adventurous spirit.
